AI Display

Lenovo AI Display uses AI to optimize screen brightness, color accuracy, and refresh rate on Lenovo AI Now devices with context-aware NPU processing.

Why It Exists

Users need a display that automatically adapts to lighting, content, and time of day for optimal viewing comfort and battery efficiency.

How It Works

Lenovo AI Display is an AI-powered display optimization system for Lenovo AI Now PCs. Using the device's NPU, the system analyzes ambient lighting, content type, and user preferences to optimize screen brightness, color temperature, and refresh rate. The AI adjusts blue light emission based on time of day, enhances color accuracy for creative work, and adapts the refresh rate for smooth scrolling or power savings.

Everyday Use Cases

  • Auto brightness
  • Color calibration
  • Blue light filtering
  • Refresh rate adjustment
  • Content optimization
  • Eye comfort
  • Power saving
  • Reading mode

User Workflow

  • Sensors detect ambient light and user position
  • AI analyzes screen content type
  • System applies display optimizations
  • Settings adjust throughout the day
  • User preferences are learned over time

AI Processing Flow

Ambient light and camera data are processed by on-device NPU models. Content analysis identifies whether the screen shows text, video, gaming, or creative work. Display parameters are adjusted accordingly. Blue light filtering uses circadian rhythm data. All processing is on-device without personal data upload.
