AI Gallery
AI Gallery organizes, enhances, and searches photos using HyperOS AI on-device intelligence.
Why It Exists
Users take thousands of photos but struggle to find specific ones. AI Gallery provides intelligent organization and search without manual tagging.
How It Works
AI Gallery uses HyperOS AI's on-device computer vision and deep learning models to intelligently organize, enhance, and search through photo collections. The feature automatically groups photos by content, enhances image quality using AI, and enables natural-language search across the entire gallery.
Everyday Use Cases
- Find a specific photo by searching for its content
- Auto-enhance a blurry photo
- Organize photos into smart albums
- Remove duplicate or low-quality photos automatically
User Workflow
- Open AI Gallery app
- Photos are automatically organized by AI
- Search using natural language (e.g., 'beach sunset')
- Tap to view enhanced results
- Apply AI enhancements to individual photos
AI Processing Flow
On-device computer vision model analyzes and tags photos, creates semantic embeddings for search, and applies AI enhancements using the NPU. All processing is local for privacy.
Inputs / Outputs
Inputs:
- Photo library content
- Search queries
- User enhancement preferences
Outputs:
- Search results
- Enhanced photos
- Smart albums
- Duplicate detections
Known Limitations
- Requires HyperOS AI-enabled device
- Indexing large libraries may take time
Unsupported Scenarios
- Does not process DRM-protected images
- May misclassify photos in unusual contexts
Performance Notes
Photo indexing runs during low-power idle periods. Search results appear in under 2 seconds. AI enhancement is fast on devices with NPU.
