AI Note
Samsung Galaxy AI Note transforms meeting recordings and lectures into structured, searchable notes using Galaxy AI transcription and summarization.
Why It Exists
Users need to capture and organize information from meetings, lectures, and conversations without manual note-taking or separate transcription services.
How It Works
Galaxy AI Note is Samsung's AI-powered note-taking assistant that records audio, transcribes speech, and generates structured notes. Using on-device NPU processing and Samsung Cloud, the system captures meeting audio, identifies speakers, extracts key topics and action items, and organizes everything into a searchable, structured note. The AI can also summarize long sessions and generate follow-up reminders.

AI Processing Flow
Audio is captured by device microphones and processed by on-device NPU speech recognition models. Speaker diarization separates different voices. Key topic extraction uses natural language processing. Action items are identified through intent recognition. Complex summarization uses cloud LLMs with encryption. Notes sync to Samsung Cloud encrypted across devices.
